It couldn't be easier. Just refer someone to me and my invoice will include the statement, "please include the PayPal email address of the one who referred you to me."
When I get paid, I will pay 20% of the sale to the PayPal email address specified by the customer when paid. Of course this will require that the referrer have a PayPal account.
